I was there together with my mom -- and we both enjoyed during our stay at this place. People who work there friendly and helpful (big hi to Larisa!). Location is great -- Listvyanka is not big and Usadba right on the middle of it and not so close to the main road -- so it is very calm and quiet there. At the different building, where restaurant of Usadba is located (breakfast is served there) you can enjoy view on Baikal lake -- it is beautiful.
